Privacy and terms of use
This page explains in plain words how we care for your data and under what conditions you can use this site. By using it, you accept what is described here.
Who we are
This site belongs to Casa de Poder International Church Panama, located on Vía Transístmica, across from Edisson Park, Panama City.
What data we collect
- Plan your visit and visitor registration: name, phone or WhatsApp, email, church you visit, address and neighborhood (optional), service, number of adults and children, and notes.
- Contact: name, email, WhatsApp and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you authorize receiving newsletters and information. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.
- Prayer request: name (optional), contact (optional) and the text of your request.
What we use it for
We use your data only to reply to you, welcome you, prepare for your visit and, for prayer requests, to pray for you. If you authorize it, we also contact you by phone, email and WhatsApp messages. You can withdraw that authorization at any time.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal data. Only the church team that handles messages sees it. Prayer requests are never published.
How we receive it
The forms send an email to the church. This site does not store the data in a database.
Cookies, storage and your consent
This site does not use its own advertising or tracking cookies. When you arrive we show a floating notice so you can accept, reject or customize third-party content. Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months and you can change it any time from Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page.
- Necessary (always on):
cdpi_consent(local storage, 12 months) saves your privacy choice.cdpi_pre(session storage, until you close the tab) avoids repeating the intro animation. They do not identify you and are not shared. - External content (only with your permission): the Google Maps map, YouTube videos and their thumbnails. If you do not allow it, you see a notice with a button to load it just once and a link to open it on the provider's site. These providers may set cookies and receive your IP address.
So that pages look and move as designed, fonts (Google Fonts) and animation libraries (cdnjs and jsDelivr) are downloaded from third-party servers, which receive your IP address as in any web visit. They do not rely on cookies.
Legal basis: your consent, under Law 81 of 2019. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Last updated: October 16, 2026.
Third-party services
We use Google Maps, YouTube, Spotify, Instagram and Facebook. Each has its own privacy policy and terms.
How long we keep it

Your rights
We respect Panama's personal data protection law (Law 81 of 2019). You can request access to your data, correct it, delete it or object to our using it. To do so, write to info@casadepoderpanama.org or call (507) 260-8900, stating your name and the form you submitted.
Minors
If you register a child or teenager, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian and that you authorize us to use their data.
Terms of use
- The site's content (texts, photos, logos and videos) belongs to the church or is used with permission. Do not copy it or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
- Use the forms with truthful information and in good faith. Do not use them to send advertising, offensive messages or illegal content.
- Schedules and activities may change. Confirm by phone or email if in doubt.
- Links to other sites are offered as a convenience. We do not control their content.
- We may update this page. The current version is the one shown here.
